By installing, subscribing to, accessing, or using a NexLevel Apps product, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organisation.
2. Shopify apps
NexLevel Apps products are designed for Shopify stores and may use authorised Shopify data and services to provide their stated features. Available functionality depends on the selected app, plan, configuration, source data, and Shopify platform availability.
3. Merchant responsibility and control
You are responsible for your Shopify store, staff access, product content, pricing, taxes, inventory, customer communications, legal notices, and publishing decisions. You must review imported or generated content before relying on or publishing it.
Before every import, you must confirm that you own the submitted product information and images, have a valid licence, or are authorized by the supplier or rights holder to use them. You must not use the service to infringe rights, evade source restrictions, introduce malicious content, or violate Shopify policies or applicable law.
4. Import Pilot
Import Pilot extracts product information from authorized supplier pages submitted by merchants and presents it for review. Source structure, availability, access restrictions, and data quality vary. We do not guarantee that every source or field can be imported.
Products are designed to be created as Shopify drafts, but you remain responsible for verifying descriptions, images, prices, variants, identifiers, and rights before publication. Import Pilot is not a supplier, marketplace, intellectual-property clearance service, or source-of-truth for product compliance.
5. AI features
Where an app clearly offers AI-generated output, results may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed. AI must not be treated as professional, legal, financial, safety, or compliance advice. Import Pilot does not currently use AI to generate prices, variants, SKUs, or product identifiers.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid app subscriptions are billed through Shopify unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices, included usage, annual discounts, taxes, and renewal intervals are shown before approval. Annual Import Pilot prices include a 10% discount from twelve monthly payments.
You may change or cancel a plan through the available Shopify billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a refund for a period already approved except where required by law or expressly stated.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to operate reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shopify, source websites, hosting providers, databases, email services, and AI providers may experience outages or change their APIs and policies. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, compliance, platform compatibility, or product development.
8. Acceptable use
You must not probe or bypass security controls; access another merchant's data; overload the service; submit malware; scrape prohibited sources; misrepresent generated content; or use an app for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
9. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit and grant NexLevel Apps the limited rights necessary to process it for the service. NexLevel Apps retains rights in its software, design, documentation, branding, and other service materials. Feedback may be used to improve the products without obligation.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” NexLevel Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, loss of source access, or merchant decisions based on unreviewed imported or generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a paid app is limited to the amount paid for that app during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using an app and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or platform requirements. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts with jurisdiction for Porto Recanati, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law requiring another forum. For questions, visit the support page.
